2024 Shawnigan Lake Splash

The Shawnigan Lake Pickleball Club (SLPC) is holding our second annual “Splash Tournament” on our four beautiful courts near the Shawnigan Lake Village. 

 

For this Tournament teams will be divided into five skill levels, with eight teams at each skill level.   Each team will play seven games in a ninety minute format (winners move up a court, losers move down), with rally point scoring.

This is a mixed doubles tournament where you sign up with your partner.  There is one exception:  for the 4.0+ skill level group teams can be two men, two women or mixed.   

 

At this time we have 11 spots open for teams comprised of two non-SLPC members.  The registration fee is $10 per participant ($20 per team).  The fee, in cash, will be collected on site at sign-in on July 20th.

 

If you are interesting in entering a team please complete the following registration form (see the link below).  Note that non-member registration opens at 5:00PM,  Saturday July 6.

The organizers reserve the right to assign teams to what they determine is the appropriate skill level (i.e. the level you sign-up for may not be the level you are assigned to).

 

For teams invited to participate, you will receive the invite as spots are deemed available.  The invite will include the start time for your session, as well as parking instructions and other pertinent information.
